In this task, we were taught the basics of Photoshop, and we were given instructions and a photo of what we had to create, with the help of the instructions from the booklet. This was my first time using Photoshop and this was my outcome.

My chosen route is unclear at the moment, because there are so many things I want to do with my life, and I know that I will do those things, however for the moment, I think my best option is to go to University (I am thinking of maybe Essex) because I visited this university and I was only told little about the drama department, however what I am aware of is that after the final show, the university brings in agents, and if you’re lucky enough, the agents will give you their card.

    Now, I am unsure of what I want to do after I have completed this course. I have ideas in mind, such as; going to University, or possibly getting an apprenticeship, or getting a full-time job. However, right now, all I know is where I want to be when I am older. I want to be doing what I love, and I think the best place idea is go to university, and get the experience and get the degree, and then hopefully this will increase my chances of becoming an actress.

Personal Statement for my chosen Progression Route.

I hope that after college, I attend University so, I can further my education and my skills within the creative industry. I am thinking about going to University in Essex for drama, there is one that is 4 years, but year zero is for students who don’t reach the criteria for the 3-year course. I also want to be in some theatre productions, so I can gain more experience in the theatre, so I can develop my theatrical skills, as well as I also want to learn about behind the scenes, and how the production goes from being to a rehearsal process up until the opening night. Gaining as much experience as I can, will enhance me to go further into the creative field.
